The Coal Gasification Pilot Plant achieved final completion and start-up in late February 2009. The initial test runs have been very successful and comprised a 30 day period of operation. Our client has completed the commercial evaluations necessary to verify their costs of production and has plans to quickly proceed with the development of a larger scale commercial plant in China in the near future.
